Conditions of Sale

Guarantee. Parts purchased will carry a 6 month warranty and applies from date of purchase.

The warranty only covers faults due to defect in materials or workmanship. It does not cover wear & tear, incorrect installation, lack of routine maintenance, accidental damage or damage caused by negligence or misuse, or unauthorised modification. This warranty is made available to the Customer who is the initial purchaser of the product provided that an appropriate proof of purchase can be shown. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all our products are fitted by a fully qualified engineer in line with the original manufacturer’s instructions. All items must be checked for full compatibility, fit for purpose, and prior to Installation.

A credit will only be issued after ourselves and our suppliers of the part agree that the part is faulty and has not suffered from any of the above.

All damage claims on parts must be notified to us within five working days of receipt.

Any items missing from deliveries which were not back ordered must be reported within five working days. No claims may be made after this period.


  • Please contact us to arrange returns prior to sending products back.
  • Goods supplied correctly cannot be returned, or refunded.
  • Goods supplied incorrect must be returned within two weeks of purchase.


Credit Card Security. The transfer of the purchase details from this site to Opayo (formerly SagePay) are encapsulated using Opayo’s own encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof via SSL For more details on Opayo visit Opayo for more information.

We accept credit cards, Visa, Mastercard and are processed via Opayo.


When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Dispatch/deliveries. All orders received by 3.00pm will be dispatched and delivered within 48 hours unless parts are not in stock. In the event parts are not in stock, you will be notified of any back orders.

Back Orders. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and receive a full refund.

Tax Charges. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Privacy Policy

Personal identity information relating to customers given during transactions will only be used to send orders. This information may be transmitted to our dealers or other business partners. We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal identity information and will not give, or sell personal identity information to any other outside company for its use in marketing or solicitation.
